OUR BACKGROUND

Mosi Oa Tunya Development Company (MOTDC) is a tourism infrastructure-focused development entity incorporated to spearhead tourism development in Victoria Falls. MOTDC owns a certain piece of land in Victoria Falls measuring 271.5 hectares and intends to develop this property into a world class integrated tourism resort. The proposed development is located within the Masuwe Special Economic Zone which measures approximately 1200 hectares. Masuwe Special Economic Zone is approximately 10km from the Victoria Falls City along the Bulawayo – Victoria Falls Road The proposed integrated tourism resort will accommodate the central business district, medical tourism facility, golf estate, civic centre, holiday homes, hotels, villas, sports facilities, international finance centre, duty free trade zone, a hotel school and conference facilities
