Victoria Falls Integrated Tourism Resort
FEASIBILITY STUDY ASSESSMENT
The feasibility study assessment for the development of bulk infrastructure for Masuwe Special Economic Zone, Victoria Falls, was concluded in June 2022, and endorsed by Cabinet on March 21, 2023.
SUBDIVISION DIAGRAMS FOR LOT 1 OF JAFUTA ESTATE
MOTDC recently appointed a Consultant for Town Planning and Urban Design Services to spearhead the subdivision of Lot 1 of Jafuta Estate and procurement of a subdivision permit and approved subdivision diagrams. This is expected to be completed at the beginning of the 4th quarter of this year
CADASTRAL SURVEYS FOR APPROVED LOT 1 OF JAFUTA ESTATE SUBDIVISION
Upon securing approved subdivision diagrams and a subdivision permit, MOTDC will carry out a cadastral survey of the subdivided stands. A cadastral survey involves pegging of the subdivided plots which will in turn provide plot boundaries and enable issuance of title deeds for the specific stands. This is expected to be completed by year end.
INTERNAL SERVICING OF LOT 1 OF JAFUTA ESTATE
The internal servicing will be carried out in Q1 of 2024.
